When you send an order, wait for our confirmation before making the transfer: we will inform you of the precise weight and the exact amount to be transferred.
This procedure is necessary as the pieces are cut and packaged at the moment by our cheese makers, it is therefore likely that they differ slightly in weight (for example a 1kg tip could be 960 grams, or 1050: we cut them all by hand, we cannot be accurate to the gram).
So to actually pay for the parmesan purchased, wait for our confirmation: we will prepare the order, weigh it and inform you of the exact amount.
