1. Shipments

1.1. Shipping Methods
We offer these shipping methods to meet your needs:

• Shipping GLS Express Courier: Delivery within 3-5 working days (NB we ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
• Collection on site Come and visit us at our shop and collect at no additional cost!

1.2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the order and the destination of the order. Exact costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, but we will let you know the exact price once your order has been weighed and prepared.

1.3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 24 business hours of order confirmation and shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.4. Delivery Areas
We carry out shipments at a discounted rate throughout Italy. For international shipments, contact us for a personalized transport quote.

1.5. Problems with Shipping
If you encounter problems with your shipment, such as delays or damaged products, please contact our customer service at info@caseificiosavoniero.it or on 0536 965201 .

2. Payments

2.1. Payment Method
In case of collection on site you can pay with the usual methods (cash, pos). In the case of home shipping you can pay by bank transfer.

• Bank transfer:

  When you send an order, wait for our confirmation before making the transfer : we will inform you of the precise weight and the exact amount to be transferred.

  This procedure is necessary as the pieces are cut and packaged at the moment by our cheese makers, it is therefore likely that they differ slightly in weight (for example a 1kg tip could be 960 grams, or 1050: we cut them all by hand, we cannot be accurate to the gram).

  So to actually pay for the parmesan purchased, wait for our confirmation : we will prepare the order, weigh it and inform you of the exact amount.

2.3. Billing
Once your order is completed, you will receive an invoice via email. If you need a paper invoice, please contact our customer service.

2.4. Payment Problems
